re:Yard is transforming the way we think about how yards, lawns and gardens are designed, constructed and maintained.
re:Yard Sustainable Yard Certification Project:
This sustainable yard certification program that recognizes best-in-class yard care practices. To receive re:Yard certification, your yard must earn points by satisfying requirements from credits within the re:Yard guidelines. As your yard accumulates enough points, you achieve different levels of certification. The program includes 31 credits covering topics such as water efficiency, sustainable materials, composting and native plants. The participant chooses the credits that best fit their individual yards. Join the program and get a sign for your yard.
How do I participate in the Certification Program?
- Request a personal Re:yard Checklist.
An email will be sent to you with a link to your personal Re:yard Checklist.
- Use the Guidelines to see which points you currently qualify for, then update and submit your checklist.
- A volunteer from your local Green Team will contact you via email about delivery of a lawn sign marking your current level of participation.
- As you complete additional actions you can re-submit your checklist using your personal Checklist link.
